Location

LQS Industrial Park is strategically located at the heart of the Nelson Tasman Region. Easy access to State Highway 6 allows tenants to quickly connect with Nelson Airport (12km), Port Nelson & Nelson CBD (18km), and Motueka (30km).

LQS Industrial Park is easy to locate at the western end of Lower Queen Street and is surrounded by the unique Waimea Estuary.  The estuary environment, Great Taste Trail, and bike tracks that wrap around the northern end of the site provide a scenic backdrop and a unique amenity. Other nearby amenities include the Berryfields Crossing cinema and hospitality development and the Richmond West residential development, both within a 3km drive, and the Richmond CBD—The Warehouse, Kmart, PAK’nSAVE, Fresh Choice, Richmond Mall— 4km away.

Stage 1 is fully developed and ready for Design-Build-Lease contracts for the last remaining vacancies, with Stage 2 holding a further 12.5ha of development land available. Because our unit sizes are flexible and boundaries can be designed to suit, we can meet even the largest tenant’s requirements.

We are focused on finding the best solution and work with our customers to design and build their tenancies specific to their needs in order to maximise their businesses’ efficiency. Site boundaries can be adjusted accordingly and warehouses developed in stages to accommodate the future growth of our customers.
